Pietro Pittari has been qualified in Italy and Germany as a classical concert pianist.
His teachers was Maestro Vincenzo Pertile (Venice), Prof. David Levine (Düsseldorf), Prof. Karl-Heinz Kämmerling (Hannover) and Prof. Viktor Merzhanov (Trossingen).
He learned the classical repertoire from Bach to Rachmaninoff but at the same time he improvised and composed just for himself, transforming his own inner visions into piano music.
Only before a few years he began to play his „piano-paintings” in public. He sent his piano piece „Sunrise” to one of the most important german pop-music awards: the „Deutscher Rock & Pop Preis”. He won the first price as „Best New Age Song 2014″ and decided to record twelve of his “piano-paintings” for his first New Age album: „Sunrise”.
His pieces are strictly autobiographical and tell about authentic happenings, fantastic dreams and real people.
